We Are Pleased to offer the following Adult Classes:
Advanced Beginner Adult Ballet:
Did you used to dance and fell out of touch with it? Do you miss it but are scared to jump back in? This is your class!! This Will be an hour ballet class designed to make your body and brain work! Dance has so many benefits physically for our bodies. But did you know that it also helps aging in the brain? Stretching helps reduce the aging of joints and assist with arthritis pain. The benefits are endless. Summer Session Registration has begun!
Saturdays @ 8:30 am -10am, (minimum 4 enrolled to run class)
Thursdays @ 7:30pm, ( minimum 4 enrolled to run class)
Advanced Beginner-Int Adult Tap:
This will be an hour tap class designed to work on coordination and stamina. Dance Has so many benefits physically for our bodies. But did you know that it also helps aging in the brain? Cardio in Tap dance can be so beneficial for our aging hearts. The benefits are endless. In this beginner series we will learn basic tap steps and short combinations.
Mondays @ 7:30pm (minimum 4 enrolled to run class)
Advanced Beginner Adult Lyrical
This will be an hour long lyrical/contemporary class to improve coordination, core strength and movement flow. It is a dance technique that combines ballet and jazz forms and inspires expression in movement. You will not want to miss out on this class as it’s sure to improve your training. Class will begin in center with a warm up, across the floor technique and drills and will end with short movement phrases so that students are working on mind/body connection.
